Group registration
EMS2022 offers a 10% discount on the registration fee for groups of 10 attendees or more from the same organisation. Please contact to register and obtain the discount.
Payment terms
Payments are accepted by wire transfer (bank transfer) or by credit card through the online registration system. Payment by wire transfer is due 14 days from the date of registration. Payment details are provided on the invoice which can be downloaded or printed via the registration system.

Cancellation of registration
You may cancel and receive a refund of your congress fee less a cancellation fee of 100 EUR if the cancellation is received no later than 18 January 2022. Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the registration office at . Please note that payment fees will not be refunded.
